1.Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@azenlo.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the warehouse address.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Note: Unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

3.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4.Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@azenlo.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
